Imagine a happy version of yourself…



– Is a happy you waking up each morning dependent on that cup of coffee in order to get yourself out of bed and on with your day?


– Is it a cabinet of prescription drugs to keep you a functional human being?

– Is it needing that evening alcoholic drink, or relying on recreational drugs in order to switch off and ‘take the edge off’ each night?


– Is it giving into quick, easy meals, comfort foods and take-away options?



I would assume not.



These things are unsustainable methods to keep you feeling better, and most are doing more harm to your health the longer you depend on them.



Relying on the above only masks what is going on at a deeper level. Symptoms like high emotional stress, depression and anxiety are a message from your body that something is out of balance and needs to be addressed.
